Delivery Policy


At HOWDY every order is a special ‘make to order’, so that customer truly enjoys the taste & freshness same as right from Kitchen. Therefore, to make this possible we try our best to send your order via fastest & best logistics all over Lahore in an amazing tamper proof dual packing, to keep the taste and freshness intact.

Delivery Policy:

Delivery at HOWDY in free of charge The given address should be under the vicinity of the delivery area of the restaurant. The availability of the menu item as well as the quantity adhering to the delivery policies. For large orders of above 50people a pre-order is required at least 2 hours before the time you want the food to be delivered. In case of unavailability of menu items, you will be informed instantly and your order will not be placed or you can change the order. Delivery timings may delay on public holidays and weekends. The prices shown on our menu are exclusive of all taxes. You may call the restaurant to trace your order status.


Customer can cancel the order in first 5 minutes of placing the order in case the customer wants to cancel after the specified time HOWDY will not be able to entertain the customers.

No Show:

In case the order is delivered and the customer does not show up or does not receive the order customers number and address will be added to the black list for future deliveries.

Payment Methods:

We at howdy have two methods of payment: COD (cash on delivery) the customer will receive the order and pay our delivery rider at the time of delivery . Online payment: HOWDY offers you to shop and pay online via your Bank Credit or Debit Cards (Visa ✫ MasterCard)


    • Wrong Food Delivered:

If you ever receive, a different cuisine from the one mentioned in your receipt then we beg your pardon. Please let us know immediately so that we can get you the right one delivered. We will never charge for delivering it.

    • Delay:

We are aware of your hunger pangs when you call us. We always try our best to get you your ordered meal within the delivery time. However, if for any reason, there is a delay then you have full freedom to cancel your order or howdy will compensate in the best way possible.

    • Bad Food:

We always prepare your food with care and use only the freshest ingredients for it. Your health is our priority. If you ever find spoilt food delivered to your house or have any complaints pertaining to careless packaging and uncared delivery, then please contact us.

    • Missed your food:

Even though it is a rare case, you might notice that we missed on one of your ordered food items. Please contact us if this happens. We will redeliver it, free of cost. You are free to cancel the missed cuisine and we will refund your money. We're all about Quality at HOWDY We assure you the authenticity and quality of food.

In the case of any doubt pertaining to allergy warnings, call us immediately to verify it. Contamination possibilities are common. Why should I create an account?

If you create an account, you can shop next time without entering all personal and shipping details again. You can also have your list of frequently ordered items and hence can easily repeat them. Customers with account can also get details of our specials and promotions instantly.

Can I cancel the order?

You have all the right to cancel/modify the order before your order is confirmed. However, you cannot cancel the COD order at your doorstep.

Can I modify my order?

You can call us to have your order changed. In case of online payment the staff will guide you further.

What are the types of payments do you accept?

We accept all types of Visa and MasterCard- Credit and Debit.

Can I pay when I receive my order?

You cannot pay when you receive it. You need to pay at the time of checkout.

Can I place an order and pick-up?

Yes you can place your order online and pick-up from our respective branches. Our customer service rep will contact you with pick-up time and date. The customer rep will guide you about pick-up.

Why cannot I add a product to my cart when it is shown on the website?

This is due to the product not in stock or available in-store only.
